It is CDD’s goal to assist in resolving conflicts successfully and effectively between and among members of the UC Davis community. Working on divisive group or team issues, we endeavor to resolve issues through collaborative processes.

We encourage parties to bridge divides by helping them identify the problem, share their experiences, brainstorm options, and negotiate possible solutions. Participants in successful conflict resolution can increase their understanding of the problem, develop stronger mutual respect, build better relationships, and inspire others through the power of collective action.
