Grab some popcorn and join us for a special screening of the indie comedy Bottle Shock, starring Alan Rickman, Chris Pine and Bill Pullman, as we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Judgment of Paris. The library will also roll out a special display of items from our Food and Wine Collections that tell the story of the real people behind the 1976 blind tasting that put California wine on the global map, such as Steven Spurrier (played by Rickman). UC Davis also gets several shout-outs in the film for its wine expertise!
