The Native American Faculty and Staff Association (NAFSA) provides a support network for faculty and staff who support Native American and Alaskan Native communities. NAFSA advocates for professional growth, representation, and education about Indigenous cultures, contributing to an inclusive university environment. All employees are welcome to engage in NAFSA’s mission and activities.

The African American Faculty and Staff Association (AAFSA) fosters a welcoming and supportive space for faculty and staff committed to advancing Black leadership, professional development, and community engagement at UC Davis.
