The Latinx Staff and Faculty Association (LSFA) at UC Davis promotes professional development, cultural engagement, and advocacy among UC Davis faculty and staff who support Latinx communities. Open to all employees, QTFSA engages the broader campus in professional development, cross-community dialogue, and collaborative advocacy for a more inclusive university.
